Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. Products that have been personalized, customized, or specifically made to order are not eligible.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products and software licenses (SaaS subscriptions)
• Activated, partially used, or expired gift cards
• Perishable food and beverage items (once opened or past best-by date)
• Opened or used personal care and bath products
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase

Conditions

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective product). Items must be returned in saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned in less than new condition.
